About

I go to Holy Spirit National School. It is a very big school there are twenty-eight teachers and almost four hundred pupils. It is located in Ballymun not too far from Dublin Airport. We have plenty of facilities such as library, kitchen, computer room, parents’ room, all purpose room, and a big hall. We have nice uniforms the jumper is blue and the bottoms are grey. School does not start until nine o’clock and finishes at twenty five to three. There are lots of activities to do, such as cookery, LEGO, film making, photography and we have a huge astro pitch it is great and fun to use. We have a Gaelic team, hurling team and a soccer team the hurling team played in Croke Park we came close but unfortunately we lost we still got a nice medal. Glen Hansard used to go to this school. We have a breakfast club and a homework club. We have interactive white boards they are very handy and fun to use. The school is divided into two parts the girls’ school and the boys’ school. So bottom line it is a very very good school.
