Cookery
Each year in 6th class, the boys get the opportunity to develop some new skills. Under the expert guidance of Sr. Catherine, they spend a number of weeks learning how to prepare a range of simple dishes in the Cookery Room in the Girls School. They began last week by making scones, moving on to Brown bread this week and next week they are planning a beef casserole.
